I haven't been blogging for a really long time. Since the day I was elected as President of the Christian Fellowship, I have been busy. Busy planning camp and studying the role as a president in close details. It not the first time taking up the role as a leader. I was the chairperson for Scouts back in 2006. The only different, minus the uniform and the shouting at your juniors.

So being a president is all not fun and games. You need to be responsible and learn not to abuse your authority. I had to learn it the hard way back in my Scouting days. Things are going to be different now and I like the change. =)

Result came out yesterday and I am please with my result. With God's blessing and guidance, I managed to secure good grades and a sweet looking GPA score. =)

Weekends was really packed. I had Leadership Training Camp conducted by CF. It wasn't much of a training camp but it more of a self reflection thing before we take up roles.

Camp was fun and we had awesome food. We ordered pizza plus parta for supper. Did a lot of bonding with my fellow CFers.

So camp ended on Saturday morning but I had to rush International Baptist Church for Coral Fest. For those who still don't what is coral fest, it a combine choir performance from all the Baptist churches and we just sing. Yup it that simple.

Coral Fest was fun, sang my heart for most of the song expect for one. I was unfamiliar with one of songs so I decided to anyhow sing that song. LOL it was pretty retarded because the guy next to me was like " What the hell is wrong with this guy? Singing the note out of tune. " HAHAHA

I don't give a damn. But overall it was alright. =)

Oh I forget to mention, I watched this movie on Thursday and I must say this is a awesome

movie. The visual effects is wonderful and I like the dialog of this movie. A brief about the movie.

10 years after Alice made her first visit to wonderland, the place is now rule by the evil Red queen. Alice now 19 years old must return to wonderland for the second time to slay the Jabberwocky (the Red Queen's champion) so that the creatures in wonderland can overthrow the Red Queen and restore the White Queen (who happens to be good) to the rightful throne.

Interesting plot and awesome effects. I watched it in 3D and it was worth watching.

Alright finally I managed to find time to do some blogging. Like the rest of the Poly students, I been mugging hard, trying to cramp as much information into my tiny brain. HAHAHAHA yes I am not that intelligent.

I ended my papers on Tuesday which means that I finally ended my year 1. It been a awkward ride with my class. I still remember the first time we met, we were all so friendly towards each other and now after one year we just felt like killing each other. I told my non-classmate friends that there was zero politics in my class.

Turns out I was so wrong. We been using each other the entire whole year. Hanging with that person just to get your grades up but not to create a friendship. Pretending to be a friendly but behind that person's back you just want to beat the living crap out of that person.

Oh well guess I have to face this bullshit for another two more years.

Anyway the holidays have finally arrived. Awesome time to do some R&R. I came up with a do to list for the holidays. It a list of stuff I want to do during the holidays. Here what I came up so far.

1) Go for night cycling

2) Do some travelling with the family ( FYI I am going Turkey and Russia)

3) Learn to cook

4) Prawning

5) Head to the beach to do some sun tanning ( I am starting look like a white than yellow person)

6) Exercise time to fight the fat =)))

7) Hang out with my DPA friends

8) Hang out with my close buddies from class

9) Hang out with my Church friends

10) Clean up my room

11) Conduct a BBQ session with anyone (who's interested???)

12) Go learn my Basic Driving Test (Time to learn how to drive)

13) Learn a musical instrument

14) Gonna rent a truck load of movie DVD's and watch them till my eyes pop out.

15) Do more Quiet time (for those who dun know it personal time between me and God ^^)

Yup that about it. Very typical but fun for me. I am going to start doing all this stuff like right now. ^^

The mugging has began. I been staying in school till 10pm to mug with my classmates. I had 3 practical test and 1 reflection journal (it considered a test). Overall all the practical were fine. DE I will get full marks because I managed to complete everything and correctly. PEEE was tricky but I managed to pass it with ease.

Programming was such a pain in the ass. The awesome thing is that I completed that module. No need to see Mr Li anymore. Among all the lecturers that have taught me, he the most strict lecturer I ever had so far. He does not show mercy when it comes to marking and he will minus marks from your general performance for scolding vulgarities in class or access places that is not related to structure programming.

My GP is considered bad. He minus like 3 marks from me. One for saying "SHIT" loudly in class and twice for accesses facebook. I am so not going to do well in this module. I don't really care because one thing is for sure is that I don't want to become a programmer when I enter the workforce. I just do it for the sake of doing it.

Anyway happy Chinese New Year to all my Chinese friends and those who want to Chinese but can't be Chinese. HAHA too bad there is a height requirement to be Chinese !!!! I am just kidding

AHHH this coming week will be a hell of a week. I have four papers tackle, three are practical test and one written paper. I am a bit worried for my PEEE practical paper which is tomorrow morning.

Lately I have been practicing PEEE tutorial to prepare myself for the practical test. I spent my Saturday night mugging till Sunday close to daylight. Of course there were breaks and slacking period during the mugging session.

HAHAHA I am not going to do that again. It affected my performance in church today. I fell asleep during sermon. HAHA partly also because the sermon was long and boring.

A few more weeks of mugging and I will be free. I have already planned what I want to do during the holidays. Hope this week will pass by really quickly so that my burden will be less harsh. HAHA

Awesome week for me I think? HAHAHA

This week was the submission week for all projects. I rushed like a crazy fellow who worshiped his studies. HAHA doing all those final touch-up and checking and re-checking my reports.

Went back to Church again for choir practice. Here are some background about being in a choir. We had voice-exercise to warm up our voices. There four different groups in a choir. They are the Alto, Tenor, Bass, Soprano. Alto and Soprano are for ladies and Tenor and Bass are for guys. I don't really have a low voice so I am currently in Tenor.

Choir practice was awkward today. Nobody turned in the Tenor section today. So I was the only person who turn from the Tenor section. T_T

I was like "WHAT THE HELL HAPPEN TO REST ????"

So I had no choice but to sing solo !!!!! O_O

Initially it was scary because during choir practice each section will take turns to sing and me being the loner had to sing solo. HAHAHA

But it was alright, I don't sound that bad I think ??? HAHAHA

But towards the end the practice, one of the Tenor members joined us. PHEW a sign of relieve as walked into the room.

But overall it was fun. =)

Started the first day of the month on a bad note. Wanted to wake up at 6am to continue with my project. On Sunday night, I was doing the same project from 9pm till 2am. Fearing that I will have not enough time to sleep, I decided to get some rest.

Well things did not go according to plan. I woke up at 9.15am -.- I overslept by 3hours 15 minutes.Not only that, my first lesson starts at 10.30am. So basicallyI was rushing for time. T_T

School was horrible, my class is a place where I don't want to be in. It such a mood killer and some of the people are just irritating to talk or even to look at. Most of them show very little interest in their studies and also very little passion for the course. At least I got a few friends in class that are awesome to hang out with. They might to that interested in the course but at least they are willing to do their work and try their best to help others.

In poly the worse thing that can happen to you is to be in a class that is divided and I am in one. My other friends in poly have awesome class. They hosts class chalet and go out together as a class. HAHA I had imagined my class having a class chalet together and I can roughly predict what will happen. Lots of shouting and cursing will be involved.

At least on the bright side, I have tons of awesome friends outside my class. They range from Christian Fellowship to DPA and not forgetting my church friends. =DD

Friday night I went to church for choir practice for coral festival. HAHA I sound better this time because I was less nervous plus I am on more familiar with the lyrics.

Just recently I started mugging. I have completed all of my project except for my programming. Started on my integration tutorial today. Out of 100% I was able to 80% of the tutorial. HUI YUN help me out please !!!!!!!! HAHAHA

Just discussed with my mum on our holiday plans this coming March. My mum is planning on going back to Europe again. This time it either Germany and the eastern part of Europe (Poland, Hungary and Romania). I am so thrilled that I am going back there again, the weather there is just wonderful, the food is awesome. Oh since I am going Germany and I am 18 years old, I am so going to try the beer. Heard that Germany brew one of the most awesome beers in the world!

Here a interesting fact, in Germany a bottle of water is more expensive than a bottle of beer. HAHA a great excuse to drink and be merry. HAHAHA no lah I will not drink a lot. Maybe a bottle or two is enough for me. =)

But first of course I have to focus on my studies first. ^^ After all it the final term and I want to be promoted to year two so badly. I mean who wants to repeat??? JiaYou!!!

Today was something different from my usual Wednesdays. I went back to school to help out in the DPA orientation. Job was rather simple, interact with the juniors. Met with the other DPA people that were once the same badge as me. Gosh it been like forever since I seen them.

It was rather disappointing because this SP only took in one person into Clean Energy. -.- The previous year was like 5. Why the sudden drop? dun ask me ask Singapore Polytechnic SEEE.

Met the juniors, I can tell you that most of the DPA engineering freshmen are pretty smart. Most of them scoring single digit for their O levels. Made me felt dumb for 5 seconds then I just carried on living with my life. =)

My DE tutorial lecturer was in charge of the orientation for the EEE students I did not know that he had a bigger role to play in school other than being a lecturer. My PEEE lecturer was there to interact with the student. He kept on using me as an example.

He said to the juniors "You want know the definition of fun? You come find this fellow(me). Every time like to play a fool in my lecturers and practical lesson." T_T

HAHA I will take that as a good thing. =)

I realised something different about this year Engineering cluster. The number of girls who applied for DPA into engineering courses in SP increased from 1 (last year) to 3 (this year). Seem like more girls is interested in Engineering. If that the case then history is repeating itself. Back in the 60's and 70's, engineering was the thing back then. People meaning both guys and girls fighting for a spot to study in engineering courses.

Overall the juniors were great. Most of them are still keeping to themselves but hey it the first day of school, people tend to keep to themselves. Give them some time for them to get use to the new environment and before you know it, they are super high. =D

Yesterday I went to the Airport to send Beverly(Church friend) off. She got this like 6th months student exchange programme at Holland. Awesome for her!!! =D

Going oversea to study is like the best thing any Singaporean kids could dream of. For me I can consider myself as one of the grateful ones because my mum totally supports my decision on going oversea to study. That is of course I serve finish my National Service -.-

My was mum was like " I totally support your idea to go oversea. I want you to see the world and meet different people from different culture."

When my mum said that, in my mind I was like "AWWW SWEET MAN!!!!"

Okay put that aside.

Todays TCS presentation was rather like what the hell for me. I entrusted one of my group members to do the presentation. When I receive it today and look through it, my mouth was wide open. The presentation doesn't look much like a presentation at all. Explanation were too simple, there was no pictures and the slides were boring-looking.

Me and Kian Hwee decided to scrap the whole presentation and do a proper one. We did it within two hours. The worse part was it was two hours before presentation and we did not get the chance to rehearsal it. T_T

Honestly she is not reliable. The work she produce is not up to the polytechnic standards but can be compare to a lower secondary schoolwork. It is such a shame that people are willing to just anyhow do the work and think that they have done a great job. BULLSHIT

Well this not the worse I seen far worse cases. Today one of classmate commented my group's presentation. He said that my technical description was good and was detailed. Okay I like that. But after that the lecturer asked the class to comment on things that my group should improve on and you know comments I got?

The same fellow commented that my technical description not good because it lacks detail.

WOW guess what that stupid fellow just contradict himself. I was like "WTH is wrong with you?? 5 minutes ago you liked it and now you say you hate it???"

From a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 meaning "Stupid till the point I have no words to describe."

Here is how my class is ranked so far. 9.5 I am kind enough not to give a 10.

Actually there more stupid stuff I want to tell you guys about how annoying my class but I realised that my post is getting longer. So I shall end here. =)

Awesome week!!!! Had my programming lab test yesterday and it went fine.

I was able to answer the question and debug most of the errors. =)

IE project is also done and that means I am only down to two projects. Alright!!!

HAHAHA went to watch Tooth Fairy with Hui Yun plus her sister and my sister

on Thursday night.HAHAHA awesome movie =DD HAHAHA initially it was quite

weird because the lead actor Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock doing a lot of retarded

stuff in that film. Retarded stuff like wearing tights and wearing a tutu (a skirt worn in

ballet performance). Big muscular guy in a tutu = damn funny. =)

I am used to seeing him playing all that action movies and beating up people in movies

and in his wrestling career and now he has decided to act in family movies. Weird direction

but he is doing fine in that area.

Went for choir practice yesterday. HAHAHA it been ages since I sang in a choir. Well this

is special cos Coral fest (a church event) is coming up and looking at last year performance

the people had a lot of fun and also it another awesome way to praise God. =))))

Well time for me to end here and start mugging. Final exams are coming. Time to put fun on

hold first and start doing my revision and tutorials. =)

PEEE practical was not so good. I fried my IC chip like three times. There was smoke coming out of my chips during the experiment. After reading through the experiment sheet and troubleshooting the circuit, me and my lab partner mange to solve the problem. HAHA awesome!!!!

My lecturer knew that we made lots of mistakes in that experiment. So he explain to my class and use us as a example of what you should connect to where and what you should not. I cannot stand those people who keep on agreeing with the lecturer. Those who keep saying "yeah yeah" after each sentence the lecturer has said. This is the first time w.e are learning such things and there you are thinking like you know everything. My class is full of people who think they are very smart but clearly they are just pure dumb.

Okay put my retard class aside. Talking about them just get on my nerve.

Decided to skip TCS and went to Hui Yun's house. It was nice of her to coach me in my maths. I manged to complete my tutorials at her crib. Had dinner with her family. Awesome people to hang out with. HAHA hanging out with her produce a lot of laughter and joy in my life. =))

HAHAH close to a week since I updated my blog. Because of overwhelming school work and projects and plus a bit of laziness that why I did not update.

Nothing much happen this week I had organise icebreakers game for my Christian fellowship on Tuesday. Had tons of laughter and it was awesome because almost everyone approached and gave me a thumbs up for the games. I had been offered a big role in Christian fellowship. Initially I was afraid but I know with God guiding me along the way, I should do okay. =)

On Thursday I went to attend Yan Xing's grandfather wake. At the wake nobody was emotional and all. Here something most people don't know about Christian funerals. In a Christian funerals,

yes we do cry because we lost a love one and all that but at the same time we are happy because

we know that our loved ones are at a better place and that place is called heaven. It a place where there is no suffering and no fear. A place to worship God and his son Jesus Christ. Awesome place rite? haha looking forward to going there someday.

Hahaha my blog seem to be dying but the counter is still increasing.(WHATEVER)

First let me wish my friends who are going to collect their O level result all the best

and hope none of guys fail. Looking at my church friends collecting their result how

old I have become. Ever since it was 2010, I realised that I gonna turn 19 this year.

Oh my gosh I still feel like I am still 16 years old. HAHA Oh well in another few years

time I will be an adult and no longer a youth. Awww =(

Mum was nice enough to invite Hui Yun's family to dinner at her restaurant. HAHA

the last time I went to mum's restaurant to eat was like last December. So we did

the usual, talked and chilled and also enjoyed awesome Thai food cooked by my mum's

chefs. ^^

I realised something and that is I haven't spend enough time with my DPA friends.

Throughout the whole holiday I haven't met up with the clique at all. Oh man I feeling

guilty right now. I think I should message them to meet up for dinner or something. =)

Let start of with Wednesday. Hanged with Hui Yun the whole

afternoon.Cabbing to her house then taking the train to ION

Orchard to do some window shopping. Throughout the whole

afternoon we couldn't stop laughing at our stupid jokes.

Went to Starbucks to drink coffee and chill out. We shared lots

secrets with each other. HAHA don't worry they safe with me

Starbucks buddy. =)

Now today. I managed to get most of my papers. I am happy that

I passed all my papers so far. Even though it was not a good pass

but still it a pass. =)

Brought my juniors from Changkat around SP. HAHAHA when you

put together a group of Changkat students, the only you can expect

from us tons of vulgar language and tons of crap. HAHAHA

So tomorrow I had the opportunity of bringing my church friends

around SP. HAHAHA high will be activated tomorrow. =DDD

So far my first few days in school was alright. I just got my DE result.

Due to tons of careless mistakes and lack of practices I only out of 100

marks got 50. HAHAHA

I am still grateful to God because even I did not put in much effort to

revise my DE. HAHAHA so anyway class is still the same, boring and

lack of life. HAHAHA

Went for my Christian Fellowship today and it was awesome. Nothing

much to say really. All I hope right now is that with God's help I can

get a pass for the rest of the modules.

School gonna start tomorrow and I am not feeling the school mood.

HAHAHA my three week holiday was just simply awesome. When

there is Christmas in your holiday, your fun level increase like crazy.

This holiday I got the chance to reconnect with my church friends and

it was worth while.

My TCS report is more or less done. I spent my whole Sunday afternoon

cracking my head to generate ideas for my product and also problem that

will affect my product. I just hate writing reports !!!!

On the brighter note, tomorrow I get the opportunity to meet my classmates.

Finally 2010!!!! New year means new stuff and resolution. HAHA I don't

wish to make any new resolution cos I won't live up to it. HAHAHA

So I went to May Ann house to celebrate the New Year. It like this tradition.

Every youth(but most of time it almost everybody) from my church would

go to her house to celebrate the new year. We hang out at her house from like

10pm to 8am. We will watch like tons of movies throughout the whole night.

Watch till the point where you feel like you are going blind. HAHAHA

After hanging out at her house till 8am, we realise that we did not have enough

fun. So after breakfast at AMK hub Macs, we went to Hui Yun home to play wii.

I played guitar hero from like 10am till 4pm. HAHAHA start the year by playing

guitar hero. Hanged out at her home till 7pm.

After that went home but I did went home alone. Apparently my sis managed to

convince them to come over to our to chill out. HAHAHA

I can officially declare myself a movie junkie. The past three days, I spent

my time and money on watching three different types of movies.

Hanged out with Aaron and Ashley at Bishan yesterday. Watched the movie

Avatar. The movie was alright, nice effects and all that. No comments on that

movie.

Okay put that aside.

It the last day of the year. Many things happened this year. My transition

from Secondary school life to polytechnic life and all that. Met tons of new

people this year. Some were awesome, some were just a pain in the ass .

But overall it was alright.

I am just too lazy to type out everything. HAHA

One things for sure, I had more fun than the previous year and I am proud to

say that. =)))

Here the awesome thing, I spent my past two days watching

movies with my fellow church friends. Awesome way to end

your year. HAHAHA

Honestly I show zero interest in this movie. HAHA just like in

New Moon, most of the girls and some of the guys were going

gaga over Theodore. For those who dunno who is Theodore

it the fat one. It just not my type of movie. I was quite irritated

by the high pitch singing. HAHA I think those who adore the

chipmunks are coming after me with pitchforks and torches.

Now this is what I call a awesome movie with two thumbs up.

The effects of the movies is really good. There is no suspends

in this movie because it a detective movie. With suspends,

the movie will last forever. I would go into detail about the

movie but this movie is a must see.

So for my Christmas celebration, I went to Hui Yun's home

to celebrate Christmas. We had awesome food provided

by my mum. We had turkey, honey baked ham, roast beef

and many other awesome food.

So as usual, I went after the turkey leg and wing. HAHAHA

I am like so fat right now. After dinner we sang Christmas

Carols. I just love to sing Christmas Carols. =)))

I will update the photos another day. =)

Overall this year was the only year I had went to a lot of

Christmas celebration and parties. If I can re-call I attended

4 Christmas celebration. By far the most fun and crazy

Christmas I ever had.

Every morning when I wake up, there is this window in front of me

and I get the chance to catch a glimpse of the sunrise. Isn't just beautiful.

Mandino managed to catch a puffer fish. When he first caught it, the

fish was all puffed like a balloon. No used keeping it so we decided to

throw back into the sea.

Decided to stay home today to look through my TCS project.

Went to meet Sharon and Aaron at Bedok for dinner. It been awhile

since I hang out with them. Love hanging out with them.

I miss staying at the Kelong. During my stay at that place, I got the

opportunity to taste fresh seafood. Did abit of fishing but did catch

anything because I spent more time at the dining area eating and

eating. HAHAHA

The weather at the Kelong was perfect. At night with the help of

the sea breeze, the whole Kelong is filled with this natural

air-condition feel. It just awesome. Throughout the trip, I did not

sweat a lot except the time me and church friend went to this uninhabited

beach to have fun and chill out. =DDD

Overall the trip was awesome!!!!

I am so going back there when I have the time of course. HAHA =)

Headed over to my classmate's home to do project. I hate doing project,

it increases your stress level and there is no fun in it. T_T

Went with my mum to a nearby coffee shop to have our dinner. I notice

something when I hang out with my mum. Every time I have a long

conversation with my mum, we will talk about one thing and one thing

and that is her catering business. That how we bond. So weird.

The funny thing is I am so interested in that topic. We will engage in long

conversation. She will sometimes comment on other caterers about their

prices and the way they run their business. I learn a thing or two from her.

Okay put that aside tomorrow I will be going to Malaysia for the next few days.

I will be back on the 19th Dec. I will be going with my Church youth to a Kelong

in Malacca, Malaysia. I am so excited right now that I can't sleep. HAHAHA

Went to Ashley's crib to have lunch and chill. Her cooking skill is awesome!!!!!!

I rarely get to eat home cooked dishes. So by having lunch at Ashley's home it gives

the opportunity to eat home cooked meal. Thank you Ashley for the awesome lunch.

After the chilling session, I went to attend my pre-Christmas party hosted by my

CCA. I took charge of the icebreakers. It wasn't much of the problem because the

people were very enthusiastic. We had worship and sang Christmas carols. I just

love to sing Christmas carols. We exchange gifts and all. It was typical Christmas

celebration.

Oh and I forget to mentioned that the party was also a potluck party. We all have to

bring food to share with the rest. Me being the type who do things at the last minute

rushed to Macdonald to buy 4 large fries to share with the rest. HAHAHA

For my Saturday I decided to hang out at home. I wasn't in

the mood to go out. Stay home to do the housework and all.

I forget to mention that the movie New Moon has a lot of

awesome soundtrack. There was one in particular I liked.

New Moon was awesome. The story line was great and there

was a good balance of romance, drama and action. As usual

during you will hear things like "OMG it Jacob !!!!!" or

"AWWW Edward is so cute!!!''. Typical.

I went to watch the movie with Ashley and Aaron. We decided to

have a little a fun. During the movie where Jacob first appeared,

me and Aaron started making a lot of catcalls in the cinema.

When the part he took off his shirt we went,

Aaron "DAMN HOT SIA !!!!!!!"

Me" I AM SO GAY RIGHT NOW !!!!!!!''

We made the whole cinema laughed by our retarded comments.

I like the ending of the movie. It makes the audience curious

about the next film.

Aaron was quite shocked by the ending. He freaked out

and went on to say "WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!". I mean he shouted

in the cinema. HAHAHA it was good laughter.

MST is like officially over for me. Let me start with Wednesday's paper

which was PEEE. Paper was filled with complicated circuits and I had a

hard time analyzing them. Once paper ended, everybody was cursing the

paper. Imagine hundred of EEE students leaving the classrooms at one

time and together shouting " WHAT THE FUCK !!!!!!" at the top of their

voice. I just love to watch that scene. It just simply classic.

Today was Engineering Maths. I could do most of the question. SWEET =)

Overall this MST was a unpleasant one. Most of the papers were tough.

What done is done. I can't turn back time.

Officially my holidays started like a few hours ago. Tomorrow I am gonna

watch New Moon. =DDD

DE was slightly crappy. I lost 12 marks because I misread the

Nevermind it over. I shouldn't be crying over split milk.

Spent my time mugging in school with my classmates.

I hate mugging, it just not my style. I am the type who

likes to have constant fun. I am not those type who will

go home straight after school to study but instead find

something to do and sure it has fun in it. But of course

I will find time to do my tutorials and do my revision.

Two more papers to go. Please God no more screw ups for

the next two papers. I can't afford to keep having screw ups

in my exams.

but I got this feeling that I will get most of them wrong.

Tomorrow is Digital Electronics. I am somehow like 80%

Woke up early to attend Esther and Jeremy wedding.(Church friends)

Let me just say congrats on your marriage and hope both of you all

will lead a happy life and also hope that your faith in God will continue

to grow. =D

It was a traditional Christian wedding. So of course there was abit of

worship and sermon. After the sermon I realise the importance of

dating a Christian girl. I can't really explain now because I have no

idea how? I think from now on I should date girls from the same

religion as me. Like that the relationship will be more healthier.

Lesser option but hey it for the greater good. =)

Stayed in school in school till 10pm today. I did the usual stuff.

Surf Facebook and mug for my exams.

Here an interesting fact, when the Sunsets in SP, it becomes

this whole different place. It so peaceful and quite and you can focus

better on your work. That is the time where most of the couple start

to hang out in SP and some of them get physical.

I was sitting in FC5 today busy mugging. It was around 9pm, I saw

this couple sit at the other side of the food court. They started touching

each other. -.-

It was so disgusting because they were really getting physical and

they did not own that the people around them were watching them.

So after mugging and witnessing some disturbing stuff, I left school

around 10pm. My train ride was rather weird. I stand next to this

person and I initially I could not tell if it was a man or a woman.

So this is what I did. First I look chest (cheeky me) it was flat.

Inorder to get a confirmation, I look at the person's hand.

Guys and girls both have different types of hands. So when look at the

hand, I concluded that it was a dude. My goodness what is wrong with

the world? Guys dressing up in woman's clothing. Guys styling their hair

to look like a woman. It just weird.

I love it when I complete my tutorials. You feel less worried

and more confident that you will do well.

Had my programming test today, it was alright. I think I can

pass but it will not be a fantastic pass. I wanted to go to Starbucks

for the free coffee but I can't go because I had tons of tutorials and revision

First my sandal broke then just today my ear piece was damaged.

Very productive day, I did DE past year papers today. After doing

the past year papers, I feel more confident to sit for my MST. =D

My understanding for digital electronics improve after today's mugging session.

You got to love funny commercial. They make you laugh, smile and feel happy.

Just with 1 or 2 minutes, the commercials can turn your shitty days into

super duper awesome days.

This particular commercial is my favorite.

AHHH my num sandals bail out on me. I was like

walking to class from foodcourt 1 today and then it snap. T_T

At first it felt a bit weird then I realise my sandals came loose.

Because of that, I had to limp to class. -.-

So before going to class, I decided to take a detour and go to

my sis class. She a design student and it a requirement for

them to own a glue gun. Limp my ass over to her class just to

get the glue gun from her. I left like a retard. Limping here

and there. HAHA

While in class, I was happily gluing my sandals. I pissed my

maths lecturer off because I wasn't listening to his class.

OOPS !!!!!

Once the glue set, I wore back my sandals.

FELT SIOK FOR ONLY 15 MINUTES,

it broke AGAIN. -.-

I got pissed and I tried gluing back it just worth work. T_T

There goes favorite pair of sandals.

Today my mugging session was productive. I manage to complete

my revision topic before 9pm. YAY for that.

Nothing interesting happen today. TCS test was alright. I wrote tons

of crap on my paper today. Wrote so much till a point whereby my left

Went back to Orchard again to mug. There I was mugging

my ass off while teenagers walked passed me with their faces

all happy and smiling because their holidays just got started

and they have don't any exams. I was about to say unfair but

whatever. My holidays are coming up in two weeks so it going

to be even.

I will be going to Malaysia again (third time going there for this year)

with my church youth during the holidays. We will be spending four

days of our life on a kelong. Looking at the pictures of the kelong and

beaches. It looked like paradise to me. ^^

I will be rather busy during the Christmas holidays. Celebrating with

family and friends. Gonna eat turkey ^^

After the exams are gone, I am so going shopping to get new clothing for

Christmas. =D

Went back to Church again to help out in Children

Enrichment Camp organised by my church.

Took lots of photos during the camp. Not really mood

to upload them cos they are not so interesting to look

at. I did not do any retarded stuff during the camp. It

a church after all so yeah you get the idea.

Maybe it time I started taking photos with my church

friends. I realise I had not uploaded a single of me hanging

out with them.

After the camp went to do some mugging at Orchard. The

most unusual place to study but whatever.

Oh I forget to mentioned, I passed my Programming mini test.

I got like 70/100 0_0

I went WTH when I got back my paper. I was expecting to fail

cos I did not study for the test at all. Because of that I got the

motivation to put in even more effort to do better for my

programming.

New Moon is coming to cinemas in a week time. Not really a fan

of the Twilight saga.

I remember watching the first movie. The cinemas were mostly

filled with girls with only one objective, to watch the character

Edward Cullen. I sat next to this group of girls during the movie.

When the character Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson)

was first introduced in the movie. The girls next to me went

"OMG EDWARD CULLEN IS SO CUTE !!!!!!!!"

They were going gaga over him.

HAHA how typical. I heard rumors that Ah Lians are also going

crazy over the twilight saga. Shit man.

I have friends who are anti- ah lian and they told me that it is

so turn off to see an Ah lian reading "New Moon" or any of the

other books such as "Breaking Dawn' and "Twilight".

One of my friend commented "I think it will take them ages to understand

the first chapter. Not the whole book, but the first chapter."

Personally I too hate Ah lian. I was browsing for the definition of ah lian

I changed personal tutor. YES AH!!!! No more that stupid

Indian lecturer. I hate that lecturer always full of shit.

My personal tutor, so far is a nice guy. I got a different tutor

from the rest of the class. Me together with 4 other students

from different EEE courses will be under a special group.

I met my group for the first time yesterday, they look alright.

Typical engineering students. Nothing much to say about them.

Oh yeah the group it called "promotional interest group"

I think it called like that.We will be promoting School of EEE

to different secondary school.Sharing our experience and all that

kind of stuff. BORING !!!!!

But in a good way, it good for my portfolio. They say I will get tons

of CCA points dunno if that is true a not.

Alright here a fact, never wear boxers with skinny jeans.

I did that today with my "thanksgiving boxers" and it felt

as though I had an extra layer of fats on my thigh area.

It was like super uncomfortable, I couldn't sit right.

Every time I had to stand up during lessons and lectures just to

adjust my jeans. I always sit at the back of class so it alright just

to stand up and adjust my jeans. I am so not gonna do that again.

You might be wondering why I call them thanksgiving boxers

is because there are images of turkey on the boxers. So that it

how it got name.

Okay put that aside. I woke up late again. I supposed to start class

at 8.30am but instead I woke up at 7.30am. I stay in the East so

you can imagine how shitty I left in the morning.

Lesson was the same as usual. I had a hard keeping my eyes open,

out of the 100% and I manage to get about 80% of the work.

Today is consider a productive day. ^^

Getting into the exam mood is not easy. I have to get my act together

before it too late. =))

Spent my weekends doing tutorials and quizzes on e-learning.

MST is coming up in two weeks for those who still don't know.

So far I am alright I guess. I have been putting in effort to do

my tutorials and did some revision.

There only one module that is bugging me and that is

Structured Programming. It really hard to remember the terms.

I did the latest quiz and I keep getting most of the question wrong.

I kept on doing and doing till I got 8/10 correct. I was aiming for

full marks but after getting a lot of 2/10, I told myself 8 is good.

Not gonna be greedy.

Now I shall commence my mugging journey. Starting from tomorrow.

Time to be a hardcore nerd for the next two weeks. HAHA

HAHAHA I drop my laptop for the first time

Okay that was side track.

Woke up today to do the house chores. Did a quick one

cos I had plans on doing my tutorials.

Went to meet Aaron, Ashley and Ashley's friend at Clark Quey

for like only two hours.

Let jump straight to my study time at Burger King. I saw couple

quarrel today. I wasn't eavesdropping. The guy was like talking so

loud as if he was making an announcement to the whole fast food

restaurant that he is gonna break up with his girlfriend.

So 15 minutes went by and tension was high between those two

inconsiderate people. I am trying to enjoy tender grill and there

you are quarreling among yourself as if you own the fast food

restaurant. Soon after the guys stomp out of the place. You should

seen how he swing the glass door. He nearly damaged the glass door.

After he left, his "girlfriend" followed him.

Must be secondary school kids.

Okay here tip, there is actually a proper way to end a relationship.

What I just saw was no no.

Okay first of all, you do not break up in a end fat food restaurant,

it noisy and you can't really hear what both party have to say.

Because of that it causes both side to be piss with each other

and instead of a healthy breakup, it ends in sadness and tears.

Second for guys, don't scream at you about to be ex-girlfriend.

No matter how shitty the situation is, you should always stay calm.

Staying calm will prevent you from doing irrational thing.

Girls too don't scream at their about to be ex-boyfriend.

Last pointer, no matter whats the outcome both should remain

as friends. It unhealthy to have enemies.

I am gonna jump straight to Sharon birthday celebration.

There is nothing to talk about my day class and all that stuff.

It just boring.

So together with the clique we went "New York New York"

for dinner. I was browsing through the menu and I was telling

myself " two months back I was in New York city and I did not

the chance to eat all these awesome food. -.-"

The food was awesome. Now I have to tell my mum that she made

mistake in saying "New York New York'' food was not that good.

I had the seafood platter. Of course I shared with one of friend

Gary because it was meant for two. It only cost $38.90 which was

really worth because they serve lots of smoke salmon and they

crab !!!!!

Today was rather a different day cos today

is the day my class had their first major conflict.

The awesome thing was I had nothing to do with. PHEW!!!

It happen during Maths tutorial. I won't go into detail cos

if let say I mention some stuff that some will agree with me

while some will not therefore causing the problem to escalate.

People shouting at each other. Initially I was shocked because

it just things you think will not happen but happen plus some of the

people who were doing the shouting are the type who doesn't

talk much in class. Surprise Surprise !!!!

The day before one of my classmate that we should host a class chalet

during the December holidays. Well I guess there is no need to plan

a chalet after this incident.

It been awhile since I witness a major conflict. I mean beside today, the

last time I saw a major conflict was back in my secondary school days.

You what I should get my classmates for Christmas ??? Big Boxes of

chill pills. Like that everybody will cool with each other, HAHAHA

Well that life, people fight with each other but sooner or later they will

forget the matter and be friends again. Right now I myself is facing a conflict

with one of my classmate. I don't really want to confront right now because

I am still looking through the problem. I don't really want to put the blame

on the wrong person.

Went to school as usual. I had to tahan the stress

produced by my classmates. Okay I am one of those

few people in class so are still taking thing easy and

does not like to get all worked up.

Ok so after school me and Ashley went to watch

Aaron audition for the school's muay thai fight

team. Aaron has been encouraging me to join this sport.

So I decided to go see for myself.

So and the audition is sparring one on one. Really enjoyed

watching the match. Quite a eye opener for me. HAHA

but honestly I don't really show a lot of interest in the sport.

HAHA the only thing I like about the sport is that you get the

chance to put on boxing gloves. =P

(OMG what kind of reason is that ???)

I dun really like to spar with people. It just not my cup of tea.

I only like to watch the match, not participate in it.

So yeah that all I have to say about Muay Thai. Interesting

sport. =D

HAHA woke up late today. I suppose to start at 8.30am

but instead I woke up at 7.30am. I quickly hurry my ass

to school since I stay in the east and SP is like at the other

end of Singapore.

Here another fact, if you see me in school wearing SP shirt

and wearing a cap at the same time. It means that I was late

for school and did have enough time to do my hair and pick

the clothing I wanted to wesr.

Ok I will not talk about school because it just another typical

day. I will jump straight to my CCA.

I really start to enjoy myself in CF (Christian Fellowship)

Made a lot of friends. Not just a lot just tons of friends.

HAHAHA

I learn a lot of stuff during CF. My Bible knowledge improved

like a lot after joining. ^^

I just love my new CCA. =)

Typical day. Woke up late and then after that went to Church

after that in the afternoon. Today saw a lot of happy faces in

church. That because they just completed their O levels.

Here a fact about my church. Most of the youths in my church

are like hardcore muggers. Making me and sis look like we are

dumb people. Most of them their ambition is to get into the best

Junior Colleges in town. There only 5 of us currently in the Poly

in our congregation. The rest are in top notch schools.

Most of them keep telling me that they are going to fail their

O level. HAHA you what what tell them?

I will use my sis as an example.

"haha you can't say you are gonna fail because that it just unrealistic."

Take for an example my sis, she got L1R4 30 points for her prelim exam.

Then O level get 15 points!!!!! So need to worry, my sis can make it then

you confirm can make it one."

HAHA I am such an evil brother. MUHAHAHA

But hey it for the greater good. =D

I went to Starbucks today at Marina Square to do my work

and chill out. I dun really staying at home, I love the air

outside. After that went on my own to do window shopping

and went to check out Topman clothing. New clothing had arrived

and they are way better than the previous season. Alright!!!!!

I saw a few design that I like and I am so tempted to buy it.

But I can't buy cos my mum will flip if I buy new clothing.

Every time I got something new my mum will go

"Your wardrobe is gonna explode anytime now !!! "

" You are not gonna buy any clothing from now till Chinese New Year!!"

"What about Christmas???"

"No new clothing for Christmas."

HAHA she right to say that my wardrobe is gonna explode.

It alright with me I am happy with what I got.

I am actually really thankful for my mum. I mean ever since

my asshole dad left us. She had to work even harder to support

all three kids. Plus we don't have a maid so she also does the housework.

Awesome right my mum. She can be classified as a "Super mum."

The thing is that my mum will be turning 58 next year !!!!!

She kept on saying that she going home to the Lord. Okay that the

Christian term for "I am not going to be on this earth for long."

It quite depressing to heat that.

It been like 10 years since I met my dad. Sometime I wonder what is

he doing right now. Up till now I not have asked my mum why she and

my dad split up.

I actually got his address which I managed to obtain from somewhere.

I don't really know if I should go pay a visit to him. I mean he a jackass

for leaving behind my mum but his still dad after all.

I have no idea what to do right now???

Should I or should not go see him. Tough question to answer.

I don't really have the luxury of time to blog because the past

few days tutorial and project assignments are piling on me.

Right now from the looks from it, I am still not done. HAHA

You got to love the weather. Getting the chance to wear my

hoodies and cardigan to school because it seem appropriate.

HAHA here a interesting fact. In total that I have like 10 long

sleeve clothing. 8 are hoodies and 2 are cardigan.

Most of them are bought oversea.

Some of the hoodies I cannot wear them in Singapore because it so thick

and it is only appropriate for like countries that are experiencing

winter or autumn. Awww that so sad for Bennie Tan HAHAHA.

Another few more weeks will be Christmas.

YES!!!!!! Finally my favorite holiday is nearing

like in 4 week time. HAHAHA

Christmas is awesome. I always get the chance to eat turkey

and roast beef oh and not forgetting the log cake (fudge style).

Beside the food I will get like present. Not from Santa Claus

but from my mum instead.

It like a second birthday expect that it not my actual birthday.

Went for my CCA today. Make a lot new friends today.

YAY my friends of circle in SP is expanding. =)

We did usual. Not going to go into detail about it.

When I was at CF (Christian fellowship), one of the

senior (Melvin) went up to me and ask me this question.

Melvin "Are you from CASS??"

Me"HUH? hahaha no I from EEE."

Melvin"really? haha i thought you were from CASS because

you had an artistic look."

Me"artistic look???"

Melvin"yeah it because of the way you dress."

HAHAHA here a fact, CASS people dress 10 times better than me.

Yes I like to dress up but not to the extend of overdressing.

This not the first time I encounter such conversation.

People told I look like a SB student. (I hate it when they say that)

During my first term, my classmates though I was in the wrong

class. One of told me that I look like the type who will study psychology

and not engineering.

HAHA my goodness.

Okay put that aside.

Today I had the weirdest train ride ever. I boarded the train

with my CF seniors home. They happen to bring hula hoops

on board the train. One of them decide to play a game.

The game was to stand side by side in one row and past

the hula hoop without the use of their hands.

OMG somemore it was on a train !!!!!!

They started playing and some stranger video it down. Good

thing I did not get myself involve in the game.

Confirm kena STOMP.

Then we played another game that involves clapping. Loser

will have to run to the other cabin and do one push up.

So we started playing and we got one of the passenger

irritated. He was like so pissed with us that he confronted us.

We did not care cos it was like one of him and ten of us.

HAHA to be honest I did not expect to do this kind of stuff

with the CF. IT WAS LIKE THE LAST THING ON MY MIND.

But hey that goes to show that the CCA I am in right now

know what is fun. Alright!!!!!

rather nervous about it because like out of 100%,

I only know like 50% of what is going on. At least

Awesome day today. Went to attend waves14

(A dance concert performed by SDZ)

I really enjoyed it. You can tell that the dancers put

in a lot of effort into this concert. Interesting concept

and a really cool theme. Thumbs up to them. =D

I am proud to say that I am no longer CCA-less.

For those who are still in the yesteryear, I am

no longer in canoeing. There I finally said it.

I am in a new CCA. New style, new people, totally

new concept. It is way different from canoeing.

Some of you are going to go ''What???"

I am currently in Christian Fellowship. It a

religion CCA in SP for those who do not know.

HAHA I am just bored by jockey stuff, you know

lifting weights, running, doing the same thing every

week. It just boring.

So today I went for my first session. Oh and my friend

Amy also came along. We did stuff like what other

Christian would do. We bonded and had Bible studies.

HAHA I need to like start reading my Bible more often

because the people at the Christian Fellowship their Bible

knowledge is like way better than mine. But still I learn stuff.

Bonding was excellent, I made a lot of friends on the first day itself.

I did not go up to people. It was rather the opposite. HAHA

I am so going to continue in that CCA. =)

It November already. GOSH !!!!

It been like 9 months since I had my DPA orientation.

I still remember it like it was yesterday. The whole time

I was in DPA from February to March, I was in hyper

mood. Screaming our at our top voice during our

Understanding Data lesson causing the other classes to go

"Damn I wish in that class!!!!" HAHA

9 months later here am I with a class just as fun but not as

fun as the previous one I had during my DPA days.

During my 9 months, I had a lot of ups and downs.

Come and think about it, I actually got more downs than ups.

Being getting lousy GPA score, been heartbroken twice, left a CCA

that I loved due to some reason that I shall not say.

On the bright side my ups, met lots of awesome people from different

walks of life. The DPA clique is one good example. We had like lots of

fun during the Mawai camp.

My friends of circle in my class awesome people. All shared a common

interest, talking crap and making fun of people. HAHA

These are enough to make me forget the bad memoirs I had. =D

Went to Ashley's condo with Aaron today to swim. HAHA it was so

funny. I love to jump into clod water while aaron was like freaking

out on me that the water was so cold. I mean the look on his face

was "Priceless''. HAHAHA

Later went to orchard to do walk around. Actually we wanted to

study but it was like so packed. All the seating area were full.

After that met my mum and went to Simei to have some Turkish

food. ^^ Turkish are like my favorite food.

Rushed home to watch the Simpsons Halloween special marathon.

HAHA yes I am a big fan of the Simpsons.

I started to watch the Simpsons since I was in primary school.

Initially I had trouble understanding because their jokes were

made for only teenagers and adults to understand.

Today we head over to food court at business block

for lunch. For those who are SB students, get use to

seeing us there because we end early on friday and we

are just bored of the food at the other food courts.

Love my new study place. I went there after lunch

to finish up my homework. Studying at a museum

it just wonderful. It peaceful and the seats are like

so dam comfortable that when i sat on it, I went into

sleep mode for awhile. HAHA

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, recently I have been upset

over a few stuff. Particularly one of my classmate. I don't

care if he read this and get all fired up I simply don't.

Here something, you do not do to other people's profile

and start adding their friends like you know them in person.

Especially family members. This dickhead classmate of my

went to facebook profile and started adding my SISTER

to his friend list. Being a brother showing care and protection

for a family member is important. I questioned him and start

giving stupid excuses like "oh i thought facebook must add your

mutual friends and all that stuff." What the hell were you thinking.-.-

Right now he does not talk to me because he knows that I am

pissed. Okay he is this desperate guy. He thinks he is so good looking

and cool when clearly he is not. The worse part is he thinks that

he can get the girls to like him within a week without meeting each other

in person. OH PLEASE!!!!!!!

Everybody knows that just plain stupid.

commented on my work and decided to show it to

the whole class. It rather stupid because he didn't

know who was it. -.- HELLO!!!!! My awesome

Today was a tiring day. I only had 4 hours of sleep thanks

to my programming homework. During my DE lecture I

doze off twice. My lecturer had to like stop the lesson and

go to my seat to wake me up. The second time he tried to

to wake me up I nearly fell out of chair and whole class

started to laugh at me. WTH -.-

At least I am grateful for such lecturers who takes the liberty

to go to my seat and wake me up because they are worried that

I will miss out on important points. They know that I fall asleep

by accident.

Some just don't care. They just leave you behind to rot and die.

So far I do not have any lecturers who treats me like that.

My timetable is partly to be blamed. I have no lesson that starts

after 12pm. My earliest is 8am and the latests is 10.30am.

Yesterday did not get the chance to blog cos I was

too busy with my Programming homework. I started

like from 9pm and ended like around 2am.

I don't really like programming, I mean after my bad

experience I had during DPA I was so reluctant

to attend this module.

I think my programming lecturer is from Hong Kong

because he has this accent that make him sound like

he is from Hong Kong.

And the weird part is that he somehow looks like

the Singapore actor Gurmit Singh.

So yes I have a programming lecturer who looks and

sound like Gurmit Singh with alittle beat of Hong Kong

accent added into it.

Tomorrow is going to be a great day. My lecturer

for PEEE had decided to cancel lecture and practical.

So because of that instead of going to school at 10.30am,

I have really nothing much to say today. So decided to blog about this great

guy shown in this photo. I took this photo while I was touring New York City.

I was at Battery Park, Manhattan on my way to see the Statue of Liberty.

This man would come here on weekends to entertain the tourist who are

queuing up to go see the statue of liberty. He really entertaining. Like for

an example, when he saw my tour group queuing. He started to sing this

"I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU" in Chinese and he will go on to sing "that

how you I love you in Chinese." LOL he will come up to random people

and ask them where they were from. So he approached this lady.

Him "Where are you from Miss?"

The Lady "Oh I am from Cleveland, Ohio !!!"

Somewhere in America.

Him" Oh Ohio!!! They say you get free kisses from a woman in Ohio."

Haha and to my surprise the woman laughed and say "Oh really??".

Then he started to sing about this woman from Ohio coming to New York

and everyone would start laughing and the lady also join in the laughter.

Some will start to clap to the beat of the music and some started cheering.

This something you don't really get to see in Singapore. If let say he comes

to Singapore and do what he is doing in New York. People might think he

is crazy.

Let just say Singaporeans are not as sporty as the Americans. They can't

take jokes and they things too seriously.

TGI(Thank goodness it) Friday !!!!!!!!!!!!

It only the first week of school and already I have started studying

as if exam was like next week. It not that I have no life and I start

mugging like crazy. It just that I cannot afford to fail my engineering

maths again. YES I failed maths for a second time.

The reason are quite obvious. I did not listen in class, I always slept

through that lesson. So it clearly my fault. So it time to get it right.

Anyway on the bright side I did okay for the other papers.

Talk about result is boring and just not entertaining.

Guess what? I just found this cool place. It in the city area.

It a great place to study, the environment is wonderful.

I went there to study and turns out my productivity level

is much higher than before. Beside a great place for studys,

it a great place to take photos and chill out.

I can't really tell you guys this place because I dun want like

people know that place and start flocking to that area and

soon it will become just like some ordinary study place.

I had lesson from 8.30am- 5.30pm today.

New lecturers. One in particular caught my attention.

I can't really remember his name but he had problem

pronouncing my name. I mean is it really hard to

and he started to perform for us. When I looked at him, I was

shocked and disturbed. HAHA but it really nice of lecturers who will

do anything to catch our attention.

Class is getting fun. Doing a lot of retarded stuff that I will not mention.

First day school has finally started and what better way to start

school by being late for class by 15 minutes. It was rather irritating

when my class keep asking what GEMs I am taking when clearing

I had told them before that I already completed my GEMs during

my DPA.

Lesson was great, I did not sleep in any class which is good because

I told myself I can't afford to sleep in any lesson if I want to do well.

For my TCS lesson, I had a change of lecturer. Her name is Ms Mel.

She not a boring lecturer THANK GOD FOR THAT!!!!

She owns a macbook AIR which is so cool. I love to admire Apple

products because of their cool software and design of their laptops

and other products such as speakers and Mp3 players.

Ok school aside. I got back home and watched this documentary.

It called whale wars. It shows the journey of this group of animal

activist called the sea shepherds and their battle against the whale

hunters who are hunting whales in Australian waters. It really a

cool show. People willing to put their lives on the line in order to

save the whales from being hunted by the Japanese whale hunters.

So today is deepavali. Every Indians favorite day. So

I hang out with the family at vivo city today and guess

what we saw? Well you guessed it, Indians and lots of

them.

I turn to my mum and said this:

HAHA yes it my dream to go backpacking in India.

I like to get lost in places like this. Communicating

This is movie is very funny !!!!

It set in 1998 and it is about four star wars fans. Not just some

ordinary fans but hard core fans. They worship the movie till

the point where one of them design his van into a spaceship

featured in the film and they know every single thing about

star wars and I mean everything !!!!

It was six month before the premiere of Star Wars episode 1

Phantom Menace when the Fanboys were hit with bad news.

One of their friend was diagnose with cancer and he has like

four more months to live. Because of that, they went on this

crazy road trip to George Lucas's (creator of star wars) ranch

where the film is located to steal and watch the film.

If you not seen the Star Wars movies, my advise don't watch

"Fanboys" cos you will have no idea what the entire show is about.

Went to Maxwell market with the family to have lunch.

The food was awesome, we got the chance to eat the

best chicken rice in Singapore and it was just so good !

Of course we did not just had chicken rice, we had other

but I have no idea how to describe it. Oh found out

something cool today, I was walking to Maxwell market

and I saw a limo (long luxury car) !!!!!

I was surprise to see that because almost everyone in

Singapore would know that having a limo in Singapore

is just not practical.

So after our super duper awesome lunch, we headed to

Raffles City to do some shopping. Went to two different

Topman outlets to get a sweater and a shirt. It was a

on sales when I got it but here the best part, my mom

happens to be a member of Topman/Topshop. Because

we were given a further discount. Example if a shirt is

sealing at discounted price of $19, with the help of her

membership and UOB card, I am able to purchase

the item at only $17.10!!!!

I just love shops with such awesome policy !!!!!

Went tomorrow is going to be great day cos my mum will be bringing

In English it called "Haeundae:The deadly Tsunami"

I love this film. It great piece of work the director has created.

It realistic and it put movie goers at the edge of their seats.

Short plot, it just about a big tsunami hitting the city of Haeundae

and how it affect different people and their love ones. Through out

the movie I was like glued to the screen the whole time cos there

suspends in this movie. There were some scene where a lot of

innocent lives were lost. I could heard some people crying. But

overall it a excellent piece of work and should see it.

I notice something between American films and Korean films.

American films like to jump straight to the point while Korean

films like to pro-long the film with lots of scene about family and

relationship between a couple and all that stuff. That is something

special about Korean films, they are very family orientated.

Maybe one day Hollywood can learn a thing or two from the Korean

film industry.

I decided to get my hair cut because of a few reason.

First reason is because school is starting soon and I want

look more neater. Second people have been telling me that

lots of guys are leaving their hair long. Because of that I

decided to cut my hair short to be different from the rest of

the guys who wants to be a Korean or Japanese wannabe.

Lastly I am just sick of having long hair.

Like what Gary said " From the time I first met you in

February until now, your hair has not change one bit !"

I like my new hair like a lot. Seriously!!!!

It took two tries to get the hairstyle I want.

Initially the hairstylist finished cutting my hair, it look

quite weird. I mean I really look like shit.

We stared at the mirror, both of us started giving the

weird look. So she told me "You want to cut something else?"

I was like "sure, I am with you."

After that it was so much better. What a relief. The first

haircut I look like the guy in the Korean movie.

Okay so here it goes. Five weeks had just pass like that.

JUST LIKE THAT!!!!! Seem like yesterday I just ended

school and now I have to dig up my textbooks from the

drawer and get ready for school.

Today was good. After my church service, me ,my sis

and my mum were waiting by the road for a taxi to

bring us to Bugis. We waited for a long time for the

cad to come by.

While waiting I told my mum:

me " hey mum, you know if you are nice enough maybe

you could buy me a car so that I could drive you

around and need not have to wait so long for a taxi."

the mum" hmmm okay, sound like a good idea. Maybe

and I say MAYBE I will get you one so that

you can drive me around."

I am so going to apply for driving tomorrow. ^^

My new time table is the same as ever. The only different

is that there is a change in modules and lecturers.

So the holidays are coming to an end and in another

2 weeks time, I will be back in school mugging and

having fun with my friends and all.

Heard that a second CCA showcase is going be held

in school. That really wonderful cos right now I am

without a CCA and it can get very boring without a

CCA. I cannot go on without a CCA because I want

to go to the university and with the help of a CCA,

it will make my admission into the university slightly

easier.

The next week I am going to start revising my past

work. Refreshing my mind so that I don't that lost in

school. My GPA improved, that a relief.

Went out today to watch this movie with Gary. It based on a

comic-novel. A very awesome piece of work the director has

directed. It depicts the future where people have robots that

made their life easier by helping with their regular stuff while

the humans just slack at home and control them.

I would not tell you the rest because I would just spoil the whole

thing just by telling.

the state of Vermont. It really easy to tell which state you are

in by looking at the car plates on the road.

I like this picture a lot. It shows endless road to I have no idea.

So life is like a road trip. Along the way people enter my life, some

making my life better or some making it worse. Some come

in to stay for good others for a short period time.

Things aren't the same as before. I miss the old you. Right now

you are like this whole different person. Maybe it because we

are different schools but same polytechnic and we are influence

by different people.

Finally I am 18 years old. Age is catching up on me.

So I was on the train with my friends and one of good friend

Ashley look at me and said "OMG Bennie you got a white hair!!!"

I just turn 18 my hair already is turning white. Talk about early

mid-life crisis. HAHA

My 18th birthday celebration was awesome!!!!

It was way better than my 16th birthday.

I had a lot of fun. It was nice of them to come and visit me while I was

at home. The last time I had so much people coming to my home was

like Chinese New Year.

So we chill out at my home checking my photos from my America trip,

enjoying Hersey's chocolate and maple candy. I like it when people tell

that my house has this cosy feeling. So after chilling out at my crib, we

headed over to my mum's restaurant to have our dinner. How nice of

my mum to help me order the food. It was a Thai restaurant so obviously

we had Thai food. It was great that everybody enjoyed the food expect

for Kith who could not really stand the taste of Tom Yam soup. (whatever)

(for those who could not make it, sure a pity you guys did not get the chance

to eat good chocolate and good Thai food)

After the awesome dinner we headed over to Bugis because my dear friend

is addicted to that toy machine that you see in the arcade. Worth the trip

because she managed to win something.(great work)

Now for the best part. After that we headed to Bishan to do some prawning.

Now I remember, the last I went prawning was with my Dad when I was

still in primary school. That was until my Dad left us back in 99' then I did

not go prawning.

So at the prawning we had lots of fun. With the help of beginners luck we

were able to catch a lot of prawn. Learned how to put bait on a hook from

Daniel and Ashley. After catching the prawn, we went to barbecue the

prawn and had a super duper awesome supper.

After prawning we went home like around 2plus in the morning.

I very grateful to have friends like this. Willing to put aside their busy schedule

to come and celebrate my birthday. How nice of them to come. Many thanks

to my DPA friends plus Ashley for the celebration and the awesome presents.

It been like 3days since I came back to Singapore from my New York trip

and I have a bit of a problem adjusting back weather. In America and Canada

the weather is very pleasant. I did not sweat the whole entire time I was there.

I met a few people down there. We had a chat with the custom officer from our way

from Canada to USA. The dude was like telling us that he been to Singapore and

he loved the weather. He hated the weather in his country.

So I was like if you hate the weather in your country and I hate mine, why not we

trade places. HAHA stay in America for good and goodbye to Singapore.

I had the opportunity to visit three Universities in America and Canada. They were University of Toronto, Harvard University and Massachusetts of Institute of Technology(MIT).

All three campus all have something in common. Their campus design is just beautiful and they had these historical feel when you enter the campus. The campus provided students a pleasant environment for the students to study.

When you are in the campus you could not feel the tension and stress. That because I am not studying in any of the three universities. But the students do not show any stress or tension. In fact the whole time I was there, the student were cheerful and high.

It so different from Singapore. First of all Singapore's campus like SP and NUS have one thing in common, boring campus feel. Every time I enter the campus in SP, I can feel the stress and tension. Most of the students are always giving that stress looking face.

Making your day rather boring and down. The building design of all the campus in Singapore are like WTH!!!

Take for example, SMU and RP. Both schools are new and their campus give a feel likeyou are in the future. But the campus does not have the campus look. Especially SMU. When I saw SMU my first thoughts were "nice shopping mall".

Here what I am going to do. Maybe and I say maybe I planning on pursuing my degree oversea. Could be anywhere expect China. I don't mind India (awesome in engineering and IT). I want to learn from the best. I want to go to places where they do not focus so much on grades but instead in understanding.

Ah finally got some motivation to blog. For those who still don’t know,the past two weeks I was on vacation at America and Canada. I will not be uploading my photos on blogger because there is like 3oo plus photos. I have already uploading all the photos on facebook. During the trip I went on road trips, hopping from city to city. From first to last day I started with Philadelphia àWashington D.CàBuffalo Cityà Torontoà Ottawaà Montrealà Québec cityà Bostonà New York City. So let get started.

1^st day

Woke up at around 7.30am because we had to be at the airport by 8.30am. My flight was delayed because they forgot to refuel the plane. So instead of leaving at 10am we left Changi Airport at around 11am. It was 5 hour flight to Shanghai to transit to another plane to JFK airport, New York. So at Shanghai Pudong airport, we had to wait for three hours. So during that time me and my family we went to this café. So at the café I ordered a glass of iced coffee. Normally in Singapore, iced coffee has milk in it. But in China their iced coffee contains no milk. So yes it black coffee with ice in it. Ewwww this Chinese suck at coffee making big time. After drinking my coffee, I boarded plane. It was a 15 hour flight from Shanghai to New York. Usually this long hol flights, you expect the plane to have a personal entertainment. When too bad for me I was taking Chinese Eastern airlines and they don’t personal entertainment. They only had like this adapter in front of you to pluck in your laptop or DVD player. But not all adapters were working. So I had to like pluck my DVD player at my mum’s seat. My flight was miserable. The seat was uncomfortable, the food was terrible, and the stewardess service was not good. Reach New York at around 10pm. Got stop at the American custom because they thought my passport was expired. They did not check the next page. After that the Police officer started asking me a lot of question.

Officer (intimidating voice)’’Why did you come to New York?”

Me” For holiday.”

Office” How long are you staying in USA?”

Me”11 days”

Officer” What your occupation?”

Me ”Student”

After that he looked at my passport and he looked at me and he went to do that a few times. I was like feeling abit scared fearing that they will not allow me into the US and deport me back to Shanghai (they like to do that). But no, the guy let me through. That a relive. After that we went to collect our luggage and what the hell another check. Asked even more question. Reached the hotel around 1am thanks to all that wasting time at the airport.

I don't wish to go on because if I do so, this post can itself turn into a book. Too many thing to say. So let me summaries. The whole entire trip I did a lot of sightseeing, checking the White House at Washington D.C, CN tower at Toronto, Niagara Falls at Buffalo city, and most of the sights at New York City. The food there sucks like hell, we had most of our meals at Chinese Buffets restaurant. The food taste taste like crap. I crossed half the world to eat western food and instead I end up eating more Chinese food than Western food. At least I got to try their pizza and I love like a lot.

So overall I had a lot of fun. At least I get to shop =D

Alright !!!! In another 11 hours time I will flying off.

Decided to slack my ass off at home, watching tropic

thunder. Awesome movie !!!! Most of my favorite

actors acted in that film.

I am sure going to miss my friends. The wonderful thing

is that I will be away for only two weeks. NOT FOREVER.

Decided to stay home today to do some housework.

My mum asked me to clean all the fans in my house

and dam we sure got a lot of fans from where I come

from. HAHA

Beside doing the housework and I had to pack for my trip. ^^

Gosh I got like a lot of stuff since I will be going from the

18th September to the 1st of October. That is going to be a

long time.

Alright packing aside, so I was watching this movie online

and it called YEAR ONE featuring funny guy Jack Black

and the actor who acted in Juno and Superbad

Michael Cera. This movie is making fun of the stone age

of times. It tells the story of two guys who got kicked of their

tribe and they go on this road trip. Going from city to city

and getting into a lot of trouble. It a lot of fun. You guys

should watch it.

So here what happen today.

It was about 11 plus and I was still sleeping.

I was having this one of a kind dream.

Here it goes. I had this dream and in that dream I

was spider man. 0_0

Cool right. I mean who get the chance to dream that he or she

is spider man. Nobody!!

So back to the dream. So I was happily swinging from building

to building. You know shooting webs at stuff. The best part I was

wearing the spider man suit. With the mask on and all that stuff.

I was having so much fun until I heard a voice.

The voice sounded so familiar. That I realised that it was mum.

She was saying "BENNIE! TIME TO WAKE UP. I need you and

your sis to follow me to Parkway to get some stuff."

Then my dream disappear. -.-

Okay retarded dream aside.

So I had to follow my mum to Parkway to get some stuff for my trip.

Stuffs raging from locks to travel adapters and many more.

Shop till 5plus. Went home slack and started to feel bored.

So decided to watch some Russell Peters old videos.

If you are feeling bored, you should watch his videos.

I tell you will not feel bored. That guy is good with comedy.

I mean he can make you laugh so hard till you cry.

Started off the week feeling sick. -.-

That something nobody really want to be in.

So today despite my sickness, I went to meet

my DPA friends for a session of pool, dinner at

ASTON and some ice cream at udders.

Here something, if you have a 5ooD and you

try uploading photos from the camera direct

to blogger.It is going to take you ages to upload

the photos.

So this what you do.

STEP1

UPLOAD ALL YOUR PHOTOS TO FACEBOOK.

STEP2

copy the photos from facebook and save it in a file

(cos facebook will configure your photos to be smaller)

STEP3

upload it to blogger with those photos you copy from

facebook.

Therefore you will spent lesser time uploading the photos

if you follow all this steps.

I am so bored right now.

The past week I have been making countless trips

back to church. I am like totally done with decoration.

I am glad that done. =)

It going to be the end of the first week of the holidays

and already I am feeling that this holiday is starting

to get very boring.

It feels like I am not having enough fun.
